[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to move it to where it will be set up. Now that it is in the low 40's dont expect to run much or often in the winter. This is a warranty replacement. The first one broken down after 4 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the way this unit sucks up water, so much better than my prevouis unit! I had a problem and the unit was completely replaced very easily via the website, completed a form, attached a couple of pictures and new unit arrived in less than 2 weeks. Will not be afraid to by Frigidaire again!

Excellent Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I built a super insulated house that is vapor tight and have too much moisture in the air that causes the windows to have condensation on them. I bought this unit to control that and it works great. The house is 3000 square feet total up and down. I leave the dehumidifier in the finished basement and it controls the moisture in the whole house. No longer is there a condensation problem on the windows. Excellent dehumidifier!!!

Works well but loud and Hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier works as expected. I have a very large basement and within a day the basement smell was gone and it smelled fresh and clean. There are only two negatives 1. it is very loud. Which is fine for an unfinished basement but i would no use it in a finished basement if you wanted to watch tv. 2. It is very hard to clean. We had it set to continuous drain but the collection bucket still had water in it and after about two week it was full of mold and mildew. The top of the collection bucket has a clean plastic shield that cannot be removed and there is not a hole big enough to get anything in to scrub it, so the only way to clean it is to fill it with bleach and water and let it sit. it still did not come completely clean.
