[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just have dehumidifier about 3 weeks now. So far so good, although this time of the season its petty dry therefore I'm not really using the unit. This is a replacement unit for the one I bought over 2 years ago, seems like the unit lost the Freon and stopped working, luckily we bought the extended warranty on the unit. Company was very nice, they sent us a brand new unit with no hassle at all. Things happen I guess.
