I like that I can hook a garden hose up to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after having no luck with the pump versions. It's really loud, can't take out the bucket. I have to get someone to see if they can take it out as it's the only way to get to the filter to clean it.

Is your unit on a leveled surface? An uneven surface result in your dehumidifier producing loud sounds. Also, check out page 3 of your model’s “Use and Care” guide about types of normal sounds your unit will make.
If you’re having trouble removing the bucket when it’s full, I recommend switching to CONTINOUS mode along with using a continuous drain. The continuous mode will help to empty the bucket without ever bending over.

Great Product

The set-up was very simple, and I appreciate the handle attached to the fill basket that makes emptying it much easier! Would definitely recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this couple months ago put it in my basement works great a ran a hose to my sump pump to drain . Everyone that has been in my basement has said they don't smell any odors at all . Stays nice and comfortable down there.
