Workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is a beast! I did a lot of research before buying one for our 1500sqft home that sits on a very damp lot. This thing is awesome! It lowers the humidity of the whole house fast, isn't too loud, and is very easy to use.

My son has severe asthma and allergies so it’s great that this takes the moisture out of the air. I can tell that it has helped him.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this to replace a 10 year old Frigidaire 50 pint dehumidifier. The 50 pint was still working but not as it did in past years. The new one is extremely quiet and efficient. I will continue to use both as needed. Been very satisfied with both dehumidifiers. Quiet is better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifer a month ago to replace one that quit working. I'm hoping this one lasts as long as that one. So far it's working great and doing the job. The only thing is the fan is louder than old one but not a big problem.

Hey there, herbie78! Thank you for providing us with your feedback. Did you know that your model unit is factory set to run in the setting of CONTINUOUS and high fan speed? If your unit was recently installed, it is likely still in that CONTINUOUS setting. It is recommended you leave the unit running in the CONTINUOUS setting for the few days until the sweating and dampness odors have stopped. After a few days, when the Relative Humidity has declined, set the desired humidity for your room. When the room reaches your wanted humidity level, the unit should stop running. If your unit’s fan is still running after reaching your set humidity level, we will need to troubleshoot with you. Contact us at your earliest convenience.
