Works Fast!

Works super fast in my house, my house is about 960 sq, not a big house but we get a lot of humidity in the house. I have not tried it with a hose so can’t speak for that. If there is one thing to complain about is that it is loud even on low setting. In fact, the low and high kind of sound equally loud, not a big deal for someone using it the basement but as an appliance in your home ( living space) it really is too loud. Other than that, I fully recommend this appliance for your dehumidifying needs although just be aware of that it is very loud.

Excessive Cycling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using this dehumidifier in my basement. It does seem to be maintaining the humidity level correctly buy I am concerned that it is cycling on and off far too often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad we got the bigger capacity to handle a larger area and hold more water before needing to be emptied. It's a little too noisy for the bedroom while sleeping, but we just run it during the day. Very efficient at removing humidity.

Great features, very well made, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this dehumidifier to help dry out a recently flooded basement. I had borrowed one of the same brand, but smaller. I can say I am thrilled that I chose this unit and am very happy with the features and it's functionality. That said, ever dehumidifier I've seen before comes with a drain hose if you opt for the continuous operation function... not a fancy expensive hose, just a cheap plastic line that is maybe 4' long. This does NOT include the hose and I think it wouldn't have hurt the business to include one. I'm disappointed in that however I am otherwise very happy. It's on and working great.
