Great dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and it's been great at removing humidity. It's been pretty expensive to run energy-wise. I wouldn't recommend running it all day. The fan also never turns off, even when the condenser isn't running. I'd recommend using the timer and running it only a few hours per day.

Great for basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the older model which lasted almost 8 years, so we bought this one and see just as content with it. The only thing I don’t really like is although the bucket is a perfectly snug fit, it can “get sticky” and when full, the water does spill. Also, with wear and tear of the pushing and pulling of the bucket, the plastic pieces do break. But that happened well into the 7th year of ownership.
