[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my dehumidifier about 6 years ago. It's consistently running good in performance and quality. Recently, the dehumidifier showed E-Code. I called Frigidaire customer service and they replaced me with the new one. Great customer service.

Works great and nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this purchase. It's working great and I actually don't worry about moisture at all as ours is hooked directly to a drain. It's so much quieter, nicer looking and efficient than the old ones my dad has running in his basement!

We purchase the 70 pint size dehumidifiers and have yet to have issues. Solidly built and extremely effective at drying any areas affected by moist air.

Really Quiet

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an very expensive Sani-Dry dehumidiifer with a Frigidaire 2 years ago, and it worked just as well for 1/10 of the price. Due to very humid conditions over the past 2 summers, the unit was working non-stop (I have a very large basement). The constant usage caused an F1 error. Whe I contatced Frigidaire, the customer service person was great and they replace the unit for free. Highly recommend Frigidaire dehumidifiers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidifier after moving into our new house with a basement. I had never had a house with a basement before or owned a home in an area where I needed to worry about the humidity. After much research on various brands, I felt this one was the best price with the best features for me and my situation. It has been up and running now for about 5 months and I am very pleased with it. The capacity is perfect. I have to empty it about every 4-5 days, even with this large of a capacity. It runs quietly so I sometimes forget it's even there and have to remind myself to check to see if it's reached it's full capacity and needs to be emptied. The only attention it needs is to empty it and clean the filter periodically, which the dehumidifier reminds you to do. Not hard, just rinse off real well and insert back in and turn back on....I use this in our full basement and so far it seems to be doing the job. Will see how it holds up thru the summer months!

Works well, but not quiet enough
