Does it’s job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m on the fence about this product. It is working but can’t seem tobfetvitvbekow 55% in my basement. It’s confusing to program the auto clock and it already says it needs the filter cleaned after 2 weeks. It’s also quite loud. Not sure I’d purchase again.

Previouis Frigidaire dehumidifier of same calibre lasted 5 yrs. So, we replaced it w/ another of the same quality. Reliable, efficient, & easy to program w/ numerous practical options!

Unreliable - Frigidaire service is unreachable

This dehumidifier is unreliable - it continues to turn off frequently providing error code "EC". The Manual indicates If the display reads "EC" , check the following operating conditions.
normal operating conditions. If the "EC" code persists, contact your Authorized Frigidaire Service Center. Iv'ed called them several times and they aren't taking phone calls right now. I've emailed them and they have been non-responsive. How exactly am I supposed to contact them if they don't take phone calls or respond to emails?

Frigidaire 70 pint dehumidifier

I have a newer large basement and the walls are dry lock painted. I purchased this unit for this area and am happy that it operates quietly and it makes a big difference in air quality but after two weeks the humidity level will not drop below 50%. I don't know why this is called a 70 pint capacity when the holding tank is rated at 16.3 pints. Over all I'm happy with this product.
