I would recommend getting the drain hose, this unit pulls every bit of moisture out of the air!

The unit developed a noisy vibration after a couple of months. Collects water but does not reduce humidity.

I returned humidifier after 2 weeks as the unit would run 24/7 and shut off when it felt like it for about 2 minutes then come back on regardless of how long timer was set for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great warranty and product

This unit was a replacement for a 5 year old one we had. The company replaced our old unit but did take a few weeks to get the go ahead for the new one. The product performs well and we will probably never buy anything but a Frigidaire from now on.
