[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this humidifier in 2015, it ran well until this spring. I was receiving a error code so, after trying to get the unit cleared of the code, I call customer service. This might be the best customer service I ever interacted with. They were professional, courteous and acted quickly. Within 6 days of my call, after providing all the proper docs, I received my replacement dehumidifier. 6 days! Next time I need a product that Frigidaire/Electrolux provides, I will buy their brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spend a lot of time in my finished basement and noticed the humidity was rising and my old dehumidifier would leak. After researching several models and makes of dehumidifiers I selected the 70 pint capacity Frigidaire. Aside from the price I was impressed by being able to empty the tank more easily due to the handle. The design is attractive and it has made the basement family much more comfortable. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love my new Frigidaire 70-pint humidifier

Totally unsatisfied

It did not work. Ran it for 24 hours and not one drop of water evidenced. So...got a replacement from the factory and it was the same as the first one. I returned the unit to the seller and got a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good dehumidifier, it's lowered humidity in house very efficiently. Very happy with results. It lowered humidity from 70 to 50 in few hours of running.
