Perfect Product !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three weeks ago. It is replacing and older version of the exact same model. The last one worked for ten years. I hope this one is the same. It works fine. I use the hose to send water outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Huntsville, TX where its hot and humid. I've had this dehumidifier for a few weeks now. It definitely condenses lots of water. However, it is noisy, even on low fan speed.

So far, so good!

We had an older dehumidifier that was nearly 12 years old, and it had gone out so slowly, we hadn`t noticed the decline in it`s efficiency until it had stopped working entirely. I researched dehumidifiers pretty extensively, and I kept coming back to THIS one, so finally, we went for it.
The unit is about what we expected as far as noise level, and we can easily live with that. I seems so far to be a very robust unit, and we expect we`ll have many years of trouble-free service and a much more comfortable basement. I`m grateful we were able to grab this equipment.
