Working good, shuts off when the humidity level is reached, have had not problems with the unit. Hope it lasts as long, if not longer than our last one!

careful with the carrying handle.

The handle has plastic pins holding it and it broke within 3 days of using it, while emptying a full bucket of water. Maybe better to just hook up a hose to drain it? Otherwise it pulls the water out of the air and keeps the basement dry.

All in all working well sofar it's been over 1 month already and no problem I have it set up in the basement and continuously running so I connected the hose it and it's been running well. Everything is in good working order. I will follow up later on the reliability, but it's recommended.

This is the third unit I have owned - purchased one and the other two were factory replacements for defective units.
