Excellent quality and operation

The unit is easy to operate and maintain, as well as runs fairly quiet. Appearance of high quality manufacture. It has solved a long-standing problem in our cellar where the water treatment system used to leave a pool of water during the hot summer months; the water is all now gone and remains dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two months in on ownership and the only issue I've had was with leakage once. The first time I rinsed the filter, water dripped and pooled on the base of the unit, and on the floor around the unit. Since I was away from the unit, I wasn't aware of the leakage unit several minutes later. So maybe keep an eye on the unit the first time removing the filter. However, no other issues before or since.

Fresh air feeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dehumidifier. My basement was so damp and smelly now it smells and feels so much better. I have it hooked up to drain continuously which took the labor out of frequent dumping. Excellent buy!

Excellent Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit to help with the humidity in my office. Its super quiet. Works extremely well. Currently dumping about 80 pints a day out of it. Runs about 10 hours a day. Couldnt possibly be more pleased with it.
