Works great

I bought it for my basement which is around 1000 sq ft. With in 2 hrs the bucket was half full with water, which was surprising. I bought a hose pipe and connected it to the humidifier and put the other end in the sump-pump. I have set the humiditiy at 55% and it's been working great for last 1 month I have been using.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good unit so far. Took a very humid basement and made it into a nice area. I guess we will see how long it lasts. Most other brands are scrap after 2-3 years of usage.

Easy to empty bucket.
Only reason not a 5-star review is that fan is too loud to leave on at night. It wakes me up. So I have to turn it on and off. Wish there was a timer to manage that.

Have only had this unit for about a month, but no complaints whatsoever. Have had it running on constant and have had to empty out the container every other day. Some complaints have been about the handles breaking, but as long as you don't use them (not needed), you are fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Frigidaire dehumidifier...Was please with the first one, but it failed after 2 1/2 years, but Frigidaire refunded the purchase price. So...I just went out and bought another one. They work well.

Nice machine

a little noisy. Sometimes makes a whining sound that is pretty annoying but not all the time. I use this unit in a smaller one bedroom apartment in Juneau, Alaska. The moisture level is very high here most of the time but this unit really pulls it out of the air. I also like how it freshens the air. The only reason that ai gave this machine 4 stars is because of the whine that it makes sometimes. I considered returning it due to it but after a few weeks the family and I hardly notice it.
