The dehumidifier is nice in appearance, with minimal noise when operating and works exceptionally well to reduce the humidity.

Doing great jobs but not resting much...

Great job it's doing. When it reach the humidity level I set up, it stops like 2-3 minutes and starts to continue immediately, otherwise very good machine

This unit was a replacement for a unit that was not functioning. Frigidaire was great in providing a quick replacement. Excellent customer service. I have two of these dehumidifiers including this replacement unit. I would buy this product again.

It worked properly until a week after warranty expired, now the fan runs constantly when the unit is on and won't shut off unless the unit is powered down. Not ideal..wasting electricity.. Bought it online so can't take it back to the store..pretty sure service call would be $$$ anyway.. Disappointed!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Frigidaire Friend! Thank you for taking the time to post your review on your dehumidifier. When operation of the dehumidifier is being controlled by the humidistat (humidity sensor) the compressor stops operating when the programmed level of relative humidity is achieved. In order to sense any increase in relative humidity, and restart the compressor accordingly, the air must be sampled. To obtain the air sample the fan must operate to draw air into the unit. Works great. Stared getting mold in winter from condensation. Totally took care of our 1200 sq ft house more heavy condinsation on windows and walls.

This is a warranty replacement for one that quit removing water after only 11 months. Frigidaire was customer friendly and speedy in getting me my replacement. I like the design of the new model and it really sucks out the water in my basement. Would highly recommend!
