So far, so good.

Had it for almost four weeks now and it works great. I have yet to get a full month's use on an electric bill so I can't say anything about operating cost.
My only suggestion, if it's possible, is a high visibility reservoir level indicator. That's it, no complaints...

mine failed after two years of light use. fan works, but no water pulled out of the air. very disappointing. bought frigidaire because i thought it was a brand i could rely on. oh well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gerat job in my basement

We purchased this unit to dehumidify our large basement. It kicked on immediately and has been working fine since we purchased this unit about a month ago.

Works great

Used piece of garden hose to hook to a condensate pump. Set it to 50 and check it every other day. Basement is staying comfortable, and I don't have to dump the bucket.
