My basement was so damp that I'm not sure where it is in the process. Never seems to go off.

I have purchased it some time ago and am using it ever since. It makes my room nice dry and cool. Great for rooms that you need to get humidity out.

Powerful dehumidifier.

I needed dehumidifier for my basement and this does the job very well. Frididaire also has great customer service as the handle as the water bucket got a crack in it and they sent a replacement very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a couple of other brand dehumidifiers over the years. They didn't seem to remove much moisture from the air and were very noisy. The Frigidaire appliance has removed gallons and gallons of moisture over the year that we have had it! It is also much quieter than the others we've tried.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had 4 units since 2010 and 2 failed in less than 2 years..

GREAT Dehumidifier!

I replaced my old dehumidifier with this model and I love it! It's easy to clean and it pulls a ton of moisture out of my home! The motor is fairly quiet and not annoying like my previous dehumidifier. Mine is set up to drain through a hose, making it virtually maintenance free. I clean the filter every 2-3 weeks and it's good to go! Thanks for making an awesome product!

My basement flooded, and even after after using the wet-vac, there was a significant amount of moisture on the concrete floor.
I let the dehumidifier run uninterrupted, and day after day, I noticed significant differences. First the puddles dried up, then the damp spots disappeared, then the concrete truly dried.
My basement can be maintained at a healthy 50% humidity, preventing mold and mildew growth.
