Love it!

Our 12 year old GE Profile died on us. My husband and I did a lot of research and looking at refrigerators in stores. We had to get counter depth which really narrowed our options a lot. Unfortunately, most of the stores do not have a lot of counter depth models on the floor. We did not want to get a bottom freezer because we didn't like the freezers in many of the ones we had seen in other peoples homes even though we liked the look of them. We also didn't want to get water/ice on the door because they take up so much space. Well, we ended up with both and are very happy with it. The freezer is not the wire baskets that many of the models have. It's roomy and there are drawer layers so everything isn't piled on top of each other. The door ice/water dispenser is a more compact version so there are shelves for smaller items on that door. So far we love our new refrigerator!

This is a great refrigerator!

We love this fridge! The lighting inside is superb, the ice maker and water dispenser are always at the ready, the bottom compartment freezer with two levels of drawers makes finding items easy... altogether this unit has everything.

Have had this refrigerator for about one month. It looks beautiful and it runs like a jewel. Am so glad I decided to buy this LG after looking at many options!

Great Style and Function

We purchased this model based other reviews and the style, size and functionality we required. We have been very pleased. Most notably this refrigerator is quiet and looks beautiful. The space saving ice maker is a great feature. Love it! We are counting on the reliability have have experienced with other LG products we have purchased.

Just the right size for the two of us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Downsizing so we bought this counter-depth model. Excellent design, lighting is fantastic. Have to plan a little ahead as the icemaker doesn't hold a lot; but is perfect for the two of us as well as when the grandchildren come over. Lots of slide out drawers though a little cramped for large quantities; however its ability to handle the variety of foods we now buy outweighs any space issues.

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this model LG fridge for almost a year. It has performed flawlessly. I am surprised that there are any negative reviews, as I have not experienced any of the problems described by other owners. I love the organization in the freezer compartment. As for the refrigerator section, there are two minor issues. The door shelves for condiments (left door) are two narrow for some containers, like peanut butter jars. And the produce storage consists of three smallish drawers, with the middle drawer almost too tiny to be useful. I wish the produce section had been designed as two capacious drawers. But those are minor issues, and I have adapted. Overall, I am very pleased with this LG refrigerator. And I love the counter-depth size. Keeps the refrigerator from dominating my petite kitchen.

Fits my kitchen perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator over a year ago. It was so quiet, I loved the space. I was worried with a family of seven there would not be enough room because of where my fridge had to go, I couldn't get standard, I had to get counter depth. Well nothing was lost, it has AMPLE space in my opinion. It's pretty, quiet and keeps things cold. About the 11th month, I had an issue with the fan motor freezing and making a terrible noise. There was a service bulletin out which they replaced a Mother Board. The noise stopped, LIFE WAS GOOD, until this month 16 months into purchase. The noise started again. I called today, technician is at my door in less than 2 hours. They need to replace that part an another and the part is not covered because I have a one year warranty. I did call LG and they are offering a one time part replacement outside of warranty. I will tell you the parts warranty on the replacement parts, is 90 days. That is not long at all.. If this was longer I would give it 5 stars. There customer service I must say has been above standard. Things have been taken care of quickly. Guy is ordering parts today and coming out tomorrow.
