The refrigerator operated pretty well. The ice make valved started leaking the lay year we had it. The fridge died after 6 years. I expected it to last longer

I asked for our money back and only get push back. Horrible phone support trained only to frustrate you and make you go away. An obvious lemon product that LG won't stand behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG toward the end of 2018. It stopped working in May of 2020 and needed to have the compressor replaced. Toward the end of February 2020 it stopped making ice and the freezer defrosted. After 10 days a service tech visited and said there was a line blockage and added coolant. On March 9th or so the freezer defrosted again. The tech visited on March 22nd and said the coolant was low. He added coolant and it appears to be working. Since purchase we have had a total of 35 to 40 days without a working refrigerator/freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator 4 years ago. To date, I am on my third compressor, and the ice machine has broken down numerous times. Once this product was out of warranty I had to start paying out of pocket, it would have been cost effective to just buy a different refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is less than 4 years old and the compressor and condensing coil had to be replaced. The condensing coil rusted internally and took out the rest of the system. It took over two weeks fir it to be repaired and the replacement parts are just like the failed parts so I am expecting another failure in three years and out of warranty. I AM NOT A HAPPY OWNER OF THIS LG PRODUCT.
