[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the compressor go out the first of Apri, 2022. L was good and got a tech out to replace the compressor and drier. All started to cool down, A month later we noiced that the unit was not meeting the set temperatures on the door. Called the tech and scheduled him to come out, didn't make it COVID. Now waiting fora different tech next week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has stopped working twice during the past 3 years, most recently the LG repair person replaced the original condenser with a new one that he said had been redesigned since the old one had repeatedly caused malfunctions. Hopefully this replacement condensere will make the refirgerateer reliable

This fridge was just 3 years and 4 months old and died. It was thought that the compressor was bad. However, somewhere in the fridge it lost all of its freon. It was going to be more expensive to repair than to buy a new one. Ugh thought this was a reputable brand and fridge. Not so much

We have owned this refrigerator for about 4 years. Although we love the fridge, we have already gad two major problems with it. About a year and a half ago the compressor went. We were without a fridge for 3 months. Again two weeks ago the same thing happened. We r hoping to get this resolved within 3 weeks. I asked that this time they have the compressor with them when the technician comes out. These problems make it difficult to give this fridge a good review.

We inherited this fridge when we bought our house. It has been repaired 4 times since. Once the board needed to be replaced, once defrost, once water pump, and now looks like the compressor is out and there is once again a problem with the board. When it is working it works as a refrigerator/freezer should work but we got a lemon.

Item had good ratings from Consumer Reports. However, I found my first one to stop working and had to have replacement delivered. Makes more noise that noted in the reviews. Not the most storage space, thanks to the bulky icemaker/dispenser and the space needed for water filter. Stainless steel exterior scratches easily - be careful.

Water leaking behind ice maker and freezing ice maker door and tray. Corrosion on water in door area makes it look nasty instead of pristine. The fridge is beautiful but it was expensive and has already cost me time and repair bills. Quality is lacking.
