Hey there! We want to help keep your LG refrigerator up and running so you can keep your food cool for a long time, and that starts with your compressor. Some tips we can recommend are resetting your fridge's circuit breaker for about 60 seconds and checking the vents inside to ensure that nothing is blocking them. We'd also be happy to provide you with this link (https://tinyurl.com/2c39ftks), which offers tips that can help with the cooling performance of your fridge, which can also help your compressor. Please send us a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport with your contact details, model number, and details about any troubleshooting you've tried, and we'll be ready to look into this further with you! *Josh

Disappointed Quality

We have had the refrigerator for 9 years and its durability and longevity are not good based on the purchase price and the supposed quality that LG promises. Kitchen appliances used to be built to last for 15-20 years, if not more, based on a manufacturer’s commitment to producing quality appliances. I guess this is no longer the approach that appliance companies use anymore.
We purchased this refrigerator in a bundled package and have already replaced our stove as well. So, we are now on #2 and who knows how long it will last. We like the appliances but struggle with the fact that cheap parts are now the norm for appliance manufacturing.
It’s a sad day to know that consumers are paying more and receiving less from corporations who are more concerned with profits than quality! LG is not the only company doing this but we purchased our appliances from them based on their reputation and now I guess consumers should now focus on their pockets instead of a company’s reputation!

Love It!

We purchased this refrigerator in May. There are many features that I love about it. The long drawer is perfect for storing cheeses and deli meats. I can open it and easily see what I have. No more digging in a deep drawer or finding out something expired because I couldn't see it. I like how one of the shelves can slide back to make space for a taller item. The two doors provide adequate storage for jars and bottles. We were warned that with the slim ice maker that we could run out of ice. There are only two of us who use ice on a regular basis. We did find out that if we have a party with more than 4 people we need to purchase ice. It just can't keep up.
