My refrigerator was not working properly back then, but of course I waited til it wasn't working at all. Luckily I had already done most of the research so when it came time to purchase a new fridge, I wasn't completely in the dark. So far, I am enjoying the new fridge. The one complaint my family has is the water dispenser... they are not that fond of it. I, however, like the water dispenser.

I don't like that the one drawer does not open unless both doors are open and the one door does not open wide because it hits the wall. Also the buttons to change the ice do not always respond well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were very happy having this counter depth refrigerator but last month the motor fan was making a lot of noise and an error code popped up on the door with E for the refrigerator rF for the freezer & went online to see what they stand for.
I am disappointed that we had the refrigerator for almost 4 years but the error codes upset me & tells me every one is experiencing the same issue.
We picked LG because there is Hope their appliance better than others.
