Freezer issues already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this refrigerator about a year ago and I'm having problems with the freezer already! I had to throw out a bunch of half defrosted meats and such because I didn't want to risk anyone getting sick. I'm hoping LG does the right thing and takes the proper course of action to remedy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good fridge, floats well!

Was happy with the new fridge but unfortunately it was ruined when 4 ft. Of water from Hurricane Harvey entered our home. It was air tight, as it floated away from the wall and ended up face down in the kitchen.
Pros: Features/Settings, Quality, easy to use

LOVE IT!!

Love opening the doors and being able to see all the contents instead of standing on my head, like I did, to see what's in my crisper in my side-by-side frig!
Color is beautiful and I love the no show finger print!
Very pleased.
Only negative is the left door with ice maker.
It slams really hard and the right side door does not close on its own.

Sleek looking refrigerator!

I was concerned that the counter depth may not give me the storage that I needed, but that was a needless worry. Great space (for two people) and great design, plenty of interior lighting. In door ice/water set up is great, enjoy the ease of the filter replacement for the water. All that without sticking out in the middle of my kitchen!

Great Design

We have thoroughly enjoyed the features and like the way that it is counter depth and gives us a lot of extra space in our kitchen. This refrigerator gives you a lot more features in the drawers that pull out and the design that make it seem spicier Andrew Muir than even larger refrigerators. I highly recommend this refrigerator and can't think of anything negative to say about it. The only thing I read that people didn't like was sometimes leaving fingerprints on the front of the fridge but we have not had this problem.

Love this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator to replace a 17 year-old one. We have had it about 6 months now and love it. Features are great and the refrigerator fits the space well. We needed counter depth as the previous refrigerator was a built-in and this is as close to it as you can get. This one is also one of the largest in cubic feet storage of the counter depth refrigerators we looked at. The slim design of the water and ice dispenser are great and the shelving on that door is sufficient for what we need to use it for. It is much quieter than the old one, and we can barely notice when the ice maker is in operation. The door storage was also deeper than most other models so it fits gallon and other large containers very well on the door. Although the fruit and vegetable drawers are little small since it is counter depth (and some space for interior shelves was taken to give deeper door shelf space), it works for us. We like that there are three drawers for fruits and veggies so we only have to open one side of the fridge if we need to access one of them.
