[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest issue with most refrigerators is the ice maker. LG's slim in-upper-refrigerator-door design is unique, takes up almost unnoticeable space, is easy to get into should ice cubes stick in the shoot or there's need for a scoop of ice. Bottom freezer has proven very usable mainly because of the LG's freezer handle, which latches and pivots upward as the freezer is opened. Refrigerator section is well thought out and the between-door seal operates flawlessly.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality, easy to use

We use only cubed ice and empty the ice maker every couple of weeks. When we travel we turn the ice maker off. No issues.
Not easy to keep exterior clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this appliance online without having seen it in the store since the reviews were mostly good and I needed a refrigerator right away. My nervousness evaporated once the product arrived and was expertly and quickly installed. It looks great, and the black stainless steel resists fingerprints and cleans easily when needed. Lots of shelf and door storage space. The freezer has 2 drawers and a large bottom compartment, making it easy to find even smaller items. I do wish it had a special place for a carton of eggs, but it is a very minor inconvenience. My husband loves having the ice and water dispenser in the door--a first for us!
