Great Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the same size as my old refrigerator but this seems to have lots more room. The LED lighting really lights the interior, making it easy to find everything.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

Love the counter depth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had the fridge for two weeks so it's difficult to give it a real evaluation. I knew I wanted a counter depth but did not see it until delivery. I lost some storage space because of the size but will learn to live with it. Guests are impressed with the outside storage with the knock on the door option.

Poor design for cleaning

I have had this refrigerator about 2 years, works fine. One big problem, clear plastic plate above the glide and serve drawer that is hooked to white plastic frame is not removable. Had a liquid get into it, no way to clean. If you want to replace you are on your own. I spent some time chatting with LF rep as well as LG youtube cleaning tutorial.
Would think this would be a no brainer replacement part with better design.

New Counter Depth LG Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally happy with the refrigerator except within first two days water switch is all scratched from glasses pushing on switch. Ability to know the actual refrigerator and ice box temps would be a helpful feature - no way to know if your set temps are being maintained.

It works good and maintains both refrigerator and freezer at perfect temperature constantly. It looks good inside and is roomy for my stuffs. I made a right decision to buy this LG product. I am happy with this refrigerator

The water tastes bad.

The water quality is very poor, enough there is a filter in place. The water quality from my taps is fine so I am not sure why this happening. I have had to turn the ice maker off.
