I was able to lower one half of the top shelf to place larger items there ie milk, gallon containers. I like the bottom freezer as it has so much more room than my side by side refrigerator before.

I’ve only been using my new fridge for a few weeks. Overall I’m happy w/it. I like the 3 veg/fruit drawers w/individual settings and the multiple shelf settings. I also like the easy access water filter. My biggest gripe (minor at best) is the drawer situation. The bottom drawer in the fridge is full width so both doors must be opened to access. Also, access to both freezer drawers requires separate, 2nd, 3rd pulling. For me the top drawer is the most used so, as I said, minor annoyance.
