Great sound for its side, but it died!

I purchased this speaker to interface with my cell phone and use in an older vehicle. It sounds pretty good and was working fine until it stopped. After about three months, it suddenly stopped working. It had worked well in the morning, but not in the afternoon. However, we still under repair and Bose emailed A prepaid label to me and replaced it for free. I am concerned its about durability
and if it's going to die again. I have other Bose speakers that have been great and have been very durable over the years. This really surprised me.

Battery Does Not Hold Charge

Have Sound link for about a year. Used about 10 times. Battery no longer holds a charge despite numerous attempts to charge. Have registered item with Bose. Will report back after hearing from customer service.

Problems with Bluetooth connectivity

I got the Back Soundlink Color Wireless Speaker and it connects to my ipad then I play my audiobook and it plays for only 5-10 minutes then the track is not done i Get no sound while My audio book keeps playing on my ipad

We have a few suggestions that might help. Let's begin with a reset of the speaker, accomplished by connecting the speaker to the power supply, then turn the speaker on and press and hold the AUX and Volume - buttons for 10-20 seconds, until a tone is heard. Now turn the speaker on and verify your language selection.

Started off wonderfully...

I have had the Bose SoundLink for a few months now. It worked great for the first little bit. Now I can't get it to charge. I've changed chargers, cables, etc. and it still doesn't charge. Very disappointed.

Sound and battery problems

I received this last year as a gift, and it has always been amazing having it, I bring it everywhere with me and people are alsways happy to be able to have some music at the parc, in the street, wherever.. But for about two weeks now, I've noticed the battery is charging and uncharging very fast, like in a couple of hours the battery will be dead and we have to find a place to plug it.. which defeats the purpose of it being portable. I assumed it was because it has been a while, but I'm still disappointed. More than that, I've noticed the sound is CONSIDERABLY less loud than it used to be. It really has gone down a lot, and I dont understand why! I used to be able to fill two rooms with the music but now we can't dance too far from it because the sound is so low.

I've had it for a couple months and I'm more than happy with it. I've yet to have a problem, it's really easy to use and is really well made. The sound quality is perfect I really am just in love with it.

Great speaker except...

I got this speaker a couple months ago. Used it a two days ago worked fine. Plugged it in today no lights nothing it won't turn on.
