Can not connect with iMac Mac OS X 10.6.8

Hello,
the iMac bluetooth can not find the device, impossible to connect it with the iMac. It works with iPhone. The software version is Mac OS X 10.6.8.
Any suggestion?

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting to your iMac, but it is good that the system is connecting to the iPhone. It should definitely work with your iMac and we would like to help you get that connected. One thing to try is to reset the SoundLink and try connecting it to the iMac. To reset it, plug it in, turn it on, and Press and hold the AUX and Volume - buttons for 10-20 seconds until a tone is heard.
If that does not work, there are some other things to try. Please give us a call at 800-380-4831. We are here to help Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am to 7pm EST.

Super Durable!

I just dropped this speaker out of a fifth story window on accident and it bounced on the ground at least three times and it still works good as new! 10/10 would recommend.

The absolute bomb!!

Received this as a Birthday/Mother's Day present requested by me. I am pro-Bose, having several of their products. Love the sound. I use it at work and have the office tapping their toes, bouncing their heads and even dancing! Everyone is amazed at the sound produced by this speaker.

Small and compact but packs a powerful punch!

Sound quality is SUPERB for something so small and compact! User-friendly, too. Installation and first use is easy! (didn't refer to the manual) The small size makes it convenient to carry around everywhere you go.
I was looking for something in the middle price range and found this, and was happy I found it!
Great product and highly recommended!

Love it, I can't turn the volume all the way up because its too loud, that's how powerful this thing is. Don't play my Sony Bluetooth anymore. LOL Just saying. Want another one!

Great sound for a little package

This is my update for my Daughters Mint Green speaker.
I called Bose customer service and the speaker is broken. They have arranged to have me ship the speaker back to them and they are sending us a replacement speaker.
