Impossible to pair !

I received this early 2015 as present. At first it was great! now it´s almost impossible to pair it with iPhone. The light of the bluetooth is white instead of blue. I´ve spent more than an hour pressing on and off constantly till the blue light appears. Today, the blue light didn´t appear at all. I´m really disappointed. I always thought Bose was top quality but maybe only for more expensive products, not the "accesible ones".

First off, let's update the software on the speaker. Here is a link to the page for the update:

If it already has the latest software update, let reset the speaker by plugging it into power and turning it on. Press and hold the AUX and Volume - buttons for 10-20 seconds, until a tone is heard. After that, let's go into your audio device's Bluetooth settings and delete the Bose from the list.

Love the Bose Bluetooth Speaker

Best birthday present for a mom on the go. I have used it outside at our pool, our deck and transfer it while cleaning the house. I have had no problems. Excellent purchase. Thank you Bose

Bose Color Soundlink

I bought this for Christmas, and since I opened it I was in love. I used it with my Apple products and it sounds amazing! You can really hear the bass part. I would recommend this product to other people.

My son works for a big firm and the company buys tons of all kind of gifts for the employees at their Xmas party. They included this gift this year and my son was lucky to get it and I made it mine!!! I am 60 years old, used to teach dancing and for this you have to love music and its quality and by experience, Bose is being on the market as far as I can remember and definitely this small light non- expensive device is one of their many products worth to buy and enjoy. I recommend it 100%+.

Love it but have one issue.

For some reason, when I create a Playlist on itunes on my PC, when I connect to my Bose, the songs are in a DIFFERENT order. Any thoughts? It's not on Shuffle. I've tried rebooting the speaker and exiting itunes.
