Heartbroken!

I've had my oh so cute Mint Soundlink since receiving as a gift for Christmas. I've used it regularly until today when no lights come on not even when I plug it in. I've boasted about this lil gem for months on end and now I'm so heartbroken, well very disappointed, I'm getting nothing.

That charging cable is very popular for use with non-Apple phones/tablets as well as many digital cameras. Let's try another cable and find out if we should be replacing the cable for you or looking at service for the speaker.

It is the best one in this price range. One will wonder how come such a small box can give such amazing sound quality. I am also planning to take this with me in my travels and adventures.

Love this speaker. Portable powerhouse sound with great play time from battery. Appreciate the multiple device memory and the easy set up.
I would like to see a clip attachment added so it could be easier to attach to bike or run strap or even the lawn mower.

Worked great - for a little while

When I listened to this speaker in store it blew away the sound of other speakers. Although it was priced a little higher than similarly sized speakers I thought the price was justified for the sound quality. However, after using the speaker about two dozen times it no longer powers up or charges. Its a paper weight.

I was so excited to spend my healed earned money in a great speaker! I received the package, got it in the mail and proceeded to set it up. The sound quality was great, clear, loud and just amazing. Fast forward 4 months....and....now the speaker doesn't even charge. It doesn't turn on, won't charge, nothing. What good is a speaker with great sound quality of you can't use it?
I have gone to Bose website and they make it super easy to look at product specs, view their selling points and download updates...but why not put warranty information in the same area? They make it difficult. So here I am with a really expensive piece of plastic that looks like a speaker. :(

Typical Bose Sound Quality

Love it!!! I received this as a gift. I already have several other Bose speakers (Sounddock & Wave) and love the sound quality! I've always wanted the Acoustic Wave. However, I didn't know there was a carrying case available for this one and mine didn't come with one. Would have loved to have receive the carrying case! I guess I'll have to purchase it now.
