I have enjoyed this unit for months. The sound is what you expect from bose. Now it will not turn on. Tried charging it with several charges in addition to Bose original charger and sevral calbes all negative results..no lights, nothing. Very disappointed

Loved it but then it stopped working :(

I received this as a birthday gift and used it religiously! It was amazing at first, I took it everywhere with me and it was so handy. But then a couple months later it just randomly wouldn't turn on or charge with the charging adapter and it has been completely "dead" and lifeless ever since. So sad because I truly LOVED this product!! Wasn't sure if this was just a fluke and I received a bad one but then I read other reviews with other users experiencing the same thing that mine did. Unfortunate and disappointing for it being a Bose. :(

That charging cable is very popular for use with non-Apple phones/tablets as well as many digital cameras. Let's try another cable and find out if we should be replacing the cable for you or looking at service for the speaker.

Great speaker, but broke within a few months

Great sound and easy to use. However, after light use, it now will not power up or accept a charge. It could be the mini usb power input. I cannot find an easy place to see if this would be under warranty, so basically I"m out the expensive purchase price.

Just what I wanted

I have the Bose Sound Dock and wanted something portable to travel with I purchased the Sound Link Color yesterday, it was so easy to pair up with my iPhone and before you know it I was listening to my favorite music. The sound is incredible for a portable. Thanks again Bose for an amazing product!

I purchased this a few months ago, I love it. I have it in my bathroom, and cone t it to my phone, great sounds! However I wish it came with the storage bag so I could take it along.

not connect with window 7 operating system

speaker connect with laptop ( window 7). it is connected. but while play a song it plays in laptop not in bose bluetooth speaker. is it not compatible with window 7 or any other reason.???
