Wonderful sound!

I bought 2 of these for my daughters at Christmas time. We traveled to Florida for Spring Break and used it on the beach and by the pool.
The sound quality is what I expect from Bose. Crystal clear!!
Battery lasts as advertised and pairs easily with iPhones 5 & 6 along with our iPads.
We haven't experienced any of the negatives I have read from reviewers.
Please contact Bose support if you are having any issues....they do make things right!!

Battery long life

Astounded again

I wanted a small unit for travel, and couldn't decide between the Soundlink Mini, the Soundlink Mini Series II or the SoundLink Color. I chose the SoundLink Color primarily because it was the best balance between price point and battery life which is a key requirement for how I use the unit. OK, granted, I have a lot of Bose stuff in the house and I was expecting the outstanding sound, and the flawless and transparent ease of using all the little features, but I am once again astounded at how they can get such a small unit at this price point to produce such rich sound!
As I expected, this unit pairs quickly and easily with my iPhone and iPad, and I can even switch between them on the fly. I actually didn't have to refer to the directions at setup because the process is ridiculously easy and transparent. I really like the voice prompts also, even though I usually hate that kind of thing.
I have a SoundTouch 30, and the SoundLink audio actually compares favorably with that, even though the price points are far, far apart! I was a little nervous about what I thought the sound quality would be, but again...I'm absolutely astounded! If you, like me, are most interested in rich sound quality, you will not be disappointed for what you get at this price point.

Sound a little off

The speaker is super easy to use and can get pretty loud while still being crisp. In general, sound is pretty great, except for the treble. I don't know if the bass is overpowering or some of the high pitch tones are canceling each other out, but its just seems like some sounds don't come through completely, and there seems to be no way to adjust these sounds. I've noticed this problem with songs from Louis Prima to Iggy Pop and Rage Against the Machine. I'm considering returning it and getting another or just going with a different company. Is it just mine? or is this how they all are.

Fantastic sound

I have had this speaker since it came out, the one time it stopped working I just connected it to my computer and a great tech support guy helped me download the updates. I got one for my mother and son too. Perfect for road trips if instead of upgrading your cars speakers. Excellent sound for the size, just don't expect a lot of bass.
