Won't charge-no lights

I have had my speaker for about a year maybe a little less. I have used it about 5 times and now it won't charge and not even lights. I am sad! I love this speaker. Not sure what to do about it!

Disappointed

I've had my Bose speaker just over a year . It was great until I started having trouble with it charging. Now I get nothing at all. Disappointed that Bose doesn't make a longer lasting product anymore. No longer have brand loyalty.

That charging cable is very popular for use with non-Apple phones/tablets as well as many digital cameras. Let's try another cable and find out if we should be replacing the cable for you or looking at service for the speaker.

No battery life

The speaker sounds great! However, my speaker held 2 full charges and will not hold a charge anymore. Very disappointed!
