My parents fight me for it!

My husband and I got this with a verizon upgrade... didn't use it until months later for the summer. Now we use it all the time!!! My older parents (technically challenged) are even able to use it and now want their own. It links immediately via blue tooth. My unit's charge lasts 6+ hours and so far has not had a recharging issue! I love the size and don't think a carrying case is necessary as it is just the small speaker and its cable. I will be gifting my parents one for Christmas!

Outstanding! I can't imagine why anyone would rate this speaker less than 5 stars. Awesome sound quality for the price. I love the ability to carry it anywhere, by the pool, working in the yard, tailgate, whatever. Easy to use and a great price.

I've had mine over a year and love it. Originally purchased it for a vacation in Florida, to use by the pool. Great sound quality, paired with Pandora and Spotify through my cell. Now use it at work on a daily basis. I couldn't do without it. Well worth the money. Lightweight, easy portability, durable.

I received this as through my work as a reward and have been unable to have it keep a charge for more than 15 minutes. Most times we charge it for 8 hours and once unplugged cannot even get it to turn on. Very disappointing.

We'd be disappointed too, this is certainly not the experience you should expect from any speaker with the Bose name on it. We can definitely help you with this.
Let's begin with a reset, accomplished by connecting the speaker to the power supply, then turn the speaker on and press and hold the AUX and Volume - buttons for 10-20 seconds, until a tone is heard. This is also a good time to visit updates.Bose.com/SoundLinkColor to make certain your software is current.
If after doing so the issue persists, please contact our technical support team at 1-800-379-2073 for assistance. Support hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 9:00PM EST.

Fantastic

I shopped around quite a bit before I chose this Bose. I tried out the Beats and Jawbone and found this speaker to have much richer deeper bass and overall sound quality. There is no trace of crackling or hissing; pure quality sound. This is a perfect speaker for teenagers. Great range and sound in the outdoor

I bought my speaker recently and it is amazing! Great size and fantastic sound. The size makes it easy to bring with you wherever you go! I would recommend this product to anyone! A great speaker at a very reasonable price!
