Excellent Customer Service

I have had some issues with this equipment, but nothing major. What has been remarkable is the high level of customer service I've received from Canon. Since my wonderful experiences with Canon customer service, I have taken to first looking for the Canon name when buying any kind of electronics. I am a big fan of this company. There is no perfect product and there never will be. A good customer service preserves a good reputation! Well done Canon!

Good All-In-One Home Office Machine

I have had Canon PixmaMX452 for just over a year. It has been a really good work horse for the price and quality. The part that turns the paper over to print has completely stopped working. It seems most products for home use that have a small footprint are made of plastic; to expect more than a year with heavy use is not realistic; unfortunately. I had just purchased ink cartridges(multiple) and I wanted to be able to use them. Changing the ink cartridge is a simple, painless, no mess process. I looked for another Canon that would take the same ink cartridge. I purchased the Pixma MX532. I'll review new product after some use. Every website that I went to shows PixmaMX452 discontinued. Hopefully the newer version will be as good or better than.

Best Printer/Scanner/ Fax/ Pcopier I ever bought

I bought PIXMA 452 in 2015 after going thru Printers like EPSON, BROTHER and 3 other Manufacturers. I am not a very Technical as it comes to printer but this Printer is so good it is unbelievable. In less than 1 hour, I was able to set it up for Printing, Faxing, Scanning and photocopying.
The information that came with the Printer is so clear and concise that I did not have to read it twice,,,I have tried all the features and was very pleased how they work.
If you are buying any printer, I recommend you try this...and great customer service from Cannon.

Paper loader stop working.

The paper wouldn't load. The repair cost is so high, is better to buy another printer.

The product is fine, but now I want to do is download a user manual, and I can't figure out how to do it. Why is this so hard to do?
Pros: fast print speed
Cons: Difficult to use

No Wireless Connection

I bought this printer because it was supposed to be able to print wirelessly. But my computer and other devices are all unable to locate it on the network. So I am forced to use the USB which is a pain because the printer is so large and bulky that it cannot fit anywhere but the floor the thus requires a lot of moving around to connect and disconnect the USB cord. I do not recommend this product.
Pros: durable
Cons: Difficult Setup, unreliable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Printer!

Bought this to replace my MX870 that I loved. Setup was so easy on my Mac, almost automatic! Works fantastic, scans pictures great! Network just set itself up. Nothing to it. I'm running OS X 10.6.8 on my Mac Pro 1,1. Only "Con" is the ink is expensive.
