WORST PURCHASE EVER

THIS PRINTER HAS BEEN THE WORSE I HAVE EVER USED. IT IS SLOW. RECEIVING FAXES ARE THE WORST. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE THIS PURCHASE. I WONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. I WAS SO COUNTING ON THE CANON NAME TO GIVE ME A QUALITY PRODUCT. I LOVE YOUR CAMERA EQ, SO I NATURALLY FIGURED YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS WOULD FOLLOW SUIT, BOY WAS I WRONG.
Cons: Difficult to use, Slow Print Speed, Difficult Setup, Low Quality Output, unreliable

no apparent scan capability

Well. Here I am with a severe need to scan a large number of documents. When I was done with setup, there apparently is no scan capability. What a chump I am. The local shop where I bought it was no help.
The machine screen is not backlit so it is flashlight time. Paper jams are constant. This machine just does not want to be here, and I feel the same.
Buy something else if you want an all in one. This one baffles me.

NOT USER FRIENDLY

I have had so much trouble with the fax machine that I'm planning on taking it back! I cannot send a fax no matter what I do. I have gone through the on line manual and trouble shooting section to no avail...I have finally realized that the machine does not answer a fax when I'm not home. I can get a fax by answering the phone manually but not automatically. I can't find a support phone number anywhere to get help either,,VERY unhappy and sorry I bought this machine!

I bought this printer and brought it home and set it up. It wasn't too hard to get set up although trying to figure out how to get capital letters for my password was difficult with no instruction. I have been trying to print or copy anything and the paper keeps jamming. I take the paper out and restart it and try again and the paper keeps jamming still. Will be taking this back tomorrow for something different.
Cons: out of the box it didn't work

Connectivity is a joke. Windows 10 has made this very bad. I can't get anything done when I need to. Trying to reinstall has not been successful.

Only minor areas of concern

So far I am satisfied with the all in one MX452. Wireless took about 20 minutes to install but the connection since I hooked up has not failed. The only problem when installing the wifi was menu settings, they could be just a bit less confusing.
One feature I would truly like is the ability to select the option of either printing in black and white or color after I select print and the pop up menu comes up to send my document to the printer.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, High Quality Output, easy to use
Cons: Slow Print Speed, Flimsy Construction
I would recommend this to a friend!
