Great Printer/Terrible Software

Great printer, and I love that it's airprint compatible.
But..... the scanning software is aweful.
The software for the older MX880 was far better.

second Canon printer fax and copy

I had a new canon print fax and copy just before I saw this one.
This one does the same and also prints directly on CDs and DVDs.
Both are great at printing and copying and faxing. compared to my son's lazier color printer copy and fax, and could hardly tell witch one printed the pictures or faxes. but the lazier does not print on cd's
Have already printed many cd's on the 922 and all have looked like they were made from a professional company.
Tickled to death with my maxmi 922. 5 big star's.

Great All-in-one Printer!

This is my first Canon printer and I love it! I haven't had it long enough to learn how to use all of it's awesome functions, but it prints very nice. It takes a little time to calibrate the print, but it's worth waiting for. My only disappointment, is that the lower paper tray is just a bit difficult to pull out, even with my small fingers, so I crafted a handle and attached it with electrical tape to avoid frustration! Other than that-I LOVE IT! It's the best printer I ever owned!

Canon PIXMA MX922 won't print black text just gray

I bought this in 2014 and did not print many pure text documents. I use it for photography. But in helping my wife work from home it has gotten where the text is a washed out black as in gray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for Father's day and it's one fine printer. Looks and Works great! No problems what so ever. And the wifi is a big plus...
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this in 2014, I can print from my mobile phone canon app with no problem but for some reason this lovely Win 10 and my network aren't gelling. I maybe able to find a solution in the morning. I have had no problems with it, although with most printers the ink situation can be annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returned Printer To Store

We used the MX922 All In One for less than a month and returned it to the store where we had purchased it. The time elapsed from computer to the start of printing was extremely slow. This printer had a photo cartridge, but the quality and sharpness of photos were not satisfactory. The overall printing of documents were not as plain or sharp as our previous printer of another brand. There was no SD port and was unable to view and print my photos from the printer screen.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Slow Print Speed, Large Footprint, Low Quality Output, Flimsy Construction, no sd mmc ports
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy this for a business or small business, you have to take out the paper each time to print an envelope. According to the reviews on the internet, tests reflect this printer uses more ink than any other
