Terrible

I bought this to replace an MG6120 that worked really well but ultimately died on us. This printer is terrbile compared to that, which is pretty bad considering this is the enterprise version of the line. It takes forever. It constantly says "please wait a moment." It just spins forever without doing anything. If I leave it alone for more than three minutes, it disconnects from the wireless. You have to go press a button on it to get it to wake up - thus negating the benefit of wirelessly printing from downstairs when the printer is upstairs. Overall, I'm considering going back to the MG line after my experience with this printer.

Slow initial start. Had mine since 2-14 seems to use a lot
of ink, never set up Fax, replacing with different brand/maker that uses less ink, User in Milwaukee.

Just received this printer today. Wireless setup was smooth. Downloaded drivers and software for Mac with no problem. So far, so good.

Although it is a little bulkier than my previous printer I love it! I previously had an epson which always disconnected from my home desktop. I love this printer as I no longer have that issue! The clarity of what is being printed is awesome, as well as all the different functionalities. Never going back to basic printers again! I love, love, love my Canon!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaces an MX850 This MX922 is not as user friendly particularly with only one standard size paper tray. Scanning to the computer is doable but you have to figure it out yourself. The instructions are obviously written for someone who already knows what to do. I was planning to pay more for a Cannon copier with better features but needed the fax capability and Cannon recommended this one. It is doing the job and in a month I expect to be doing better. I bought Cannon because of past experience with their products and their e-mail help system

SLOW!

My previous Canon printer died and I had just purchased ink cartridges, so I figured I'd try to find a new printer that used the same cartridges.
The good: Multifunction (print, scan, copy, fax). Printing and scanning quality are fine.
The bad: Printing is excruciatingly slow, and when it is finally done printing, it still takes time moving print heads, etc. Uses a lot of ink. Scanning is rather slow as well.
Very disappointed with this Canon product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have had this printer for over a year and have had no trouble at all, prints great, scans great, even prints cds good, have not used the fax function. Ink usage is about standard, using it on wifi and have had no problems with it working with all computerts in the house. Pictures are crisp and clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happened to see on street by someone's old furniture they were discarding... Took home, had paper jam. I suspect some person didnt want to bother to try and fix, because paper was really jamed in there. Fixed paper jam and set up....well, good deal for me! Makes some noise like gears turning. Prints good. I like the wireless connect! Will see if it lasts. If not, I will drop it off by the trash where I first found it.
