Great price for a printer that dose everthing

This printer dose everything i want. And yes, it takes time to set it up. I have read a lot of the reviews and must say you are putting the blame on the wong item. If your internet goes down dont blame the printer. When it wont print when its low or out of ink thats a failsafe so you dont burn out your print head (B200 error code). As far as having problems with the Apple Air app, well what can i say, it's Apple, so
blame them.
If you know anything about computers you shouldn't have any problems setting up this printer. Just remember this printer dose a lot of remarkable things so it's going to take time to set up. And a word of caution, don't ever print with an empty ink cartridge or you will burn out the print head. Thats why it's important that you install the software that comes with the printer to prevent that from happening.
Also the erro code B200 is sign that you may have a clogged
printhead and being you have Canon you can pull the printhead out and clean it. Canon is the only printer that you can remove the print head as I've been told.
Pros: reliable, durable, High Quality Output, fast print speed, easy to use
Cons: Large Footprint, Difficult Setup

after I got the drivers up dated to windows 8.1 the wifi was easy you have to do this first and then set up wifi and it is working perfect it stay online,this is one great of printer copies are perfect and fast and ink cost and how many you get only time will tell. so far im glad that I bought it also don,t forget on phoning canon help center,it cuts down a lot of wasted time.

Prints Well , Wireless Horrible

Its a great printer as long as you are using it over USB or Wired LAN cable.
The WiFi Card is very bad (Google it lots of complaints)
Don't buy this if you want WiFi Printing

Extremely Disappointing

I've been using printers since 1986, and I've never had such a bad experience. This printer takes an inordinate amount of time to format and print; it uses an unusually large amount of ink; the paper trays are awkward to use; I haven't been able to use the normal variety of printing paper types without problems; error codes come on frequently; scanner set up and use takes longer; and it's very noisy. I'm very disappointed. You know what they say, once burned twice shy -- I'm unlikely to purchase another Canon.

This printer is horrible!

Do not buy this printer
1) Quality of printer is very poor color and grayscale
2) Wireless and direct connection does not work often
3) Drivers and software does not work well with different computers
Simply unreliable. What should take you less than 5 minutes takes you hours. Canon should be ashamed to sell this printer.

This thing uses more ink than my Ford F150 4X4 uses gas, at 9.5 MPG. I miss my Lexmark.

Bought 2 MX922 & both broke with little service

Purchased 2 MX922 printers about 3 years ago. The worked well initially with good but not great document and picture quality. After I had them awhile they started doing print maintenance functions very frequently which meant I had to wait about a minute after printing a document before it would print a second document. After 2 years the first printer died after very, very little use - less than 300 pages. The second MX922 quit working after 3 years after about 500 pages.
