Horrible

So far, this is the worst printer/scanner I've ever owned. It will not scan to my computer programs, and that includes the one that CANON supplied!!!!!
Oh, it scans to the "Image Garden", but the file does not appear in the chosen folder.
I have installed and reinstalled [over and over] the printer program, and all it has done so far is waste my time. THEN, when I do finally decide to print something, the printer drones and clicks and shuffles on and on and on and on, with the message "processing, please wait'. Then I have no choice but to manually override it; which I DO NOT like doing with any computer equipment.
No wonder this thing was on sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and time wasted, including paying our tech guy to install all my new computer products. He's as smart as can be, and he can't figure out why it won't perform correctly.
Lesson learned, time and money lost, and I'm donating this piece of . . . . to Goodwill and buying an HP like the one [that was working well, but was 10 years old] I had before.
The MX922 is way over-thought and cutsie, and way under-performing!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Great Printer

But not for the faint at heart. Admittedly the setup is somewhat complicated, but well worth the effort. Features galore-- require some practice and familarization. Copier, scanner and printing are excellent over wifi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

BEST PRINTER EVER

This is a real work horse. It is better than HP or any other multicolor cartrages. Only need to replace individual color as needed. Highly recommended.

Error code 1403

Printer keeps on displaying error code 1403. I've tried everything from replacing the ink, to cleaning the printer head with no luck :(

6 Years of Reliability

I've owned two Pixmas, the current MX922 for the last six years in my home office. I've found them both very reliable with daily use. Software/firmware updates are made as available. Never had a service call or part replacement. I use third party inkjet cartridges. They work fine and save on operating costs.

Worst printer waste money! Can i give no star?

I’ve owned the MX922 for 2-3 years with very little use and it died now also deleted all the memory fax without any reason. The ink use very quickly and expensive to replace the ink. Also, the printer offline all the time! all the time!

Inconsistent

We bought this 3 years ago. It has been a love-hate relationship. When is works, it is fine, but only with regular paper and some cardstock. It does not like thicker cardstock or sticker paper. Like many others, it is constantly off-line and sometimes takes hours to get it back up and running. We are tired of battling with the connection, therefore we are buying a new printer.
