Easy setup and use!

I got this printer about six months ago, and it has been working wonderfully! I am not at all tech-savvy, but the instructions were very clear and I set it up all by myself without any issues. Even set up the wireless function, so I can print from my computer without having to plug it in. I have not had any issues with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

worst printer that I have ever used. Stops working for no reason. I have been using HP but this is the worst mstake I made switching to this product

Beautiful color prints -- but a terrible scanner

I love the gorgeous color prints it produces but as a scanner it is a disaster. First, I had to get a techie to come make it possible for me to save the scans where I wanted with my own names. Sometimes it scans just fine, often not at all. Very inconsistent and annoying. I am returning it.

Printer designed to take a punch

Worst printer I've ever owned. Super slow processing from day one. I've never printed in color once and all my color cartridges quickly became empty and I receive "low on ink" messages printing BW when full black cartridges are in place. So frustrating. At least it can take a punch though.

No need to start a rant here! Lets just say ever since i got this printer little over 1 year ago its gave me issues! So tonight, I through it in the garbage.

Most frustrating printer I have ever had

This printer is terrible. I absolutely hate it. It prints so slow it is rediculous. Always running out of ink. I have to turn it on and off constantly to get it to print. I have never hated a printer as much as this one. Lately it prints the same page over and over. You think when you buy it it would be fabo. Not the case. Do not waste your time and money. Never again Cannon.

disappointing

This is our fifth canon. Very disappointing, so it will be the last. Not sure where the problem comes from, but it refuses to print at random (and frequently). The doc is spooled and we are supposed to shut down and restart the printer, which can take almost ten minutes. I now pull the plug, plug it back in and push start. While it does scold for improper shutdown, it takes just a minute to start printing the stored document. then it might print another few if we're quick. Same fault happens when I try to scan
