I have owned many printers over the years and this is the best all-in-one I have owned. It has worked fantastic and has been reliable.

Bad Choice

I have had several Canon products but the MX922 is a complete lemon. It doesn't connect most of the time. I have to continually restart the printer spooler. It throws errors and refuses to recognize wireless connection on the computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks good when it works, first one dies, you say maybe unlucky. When 2 of them die (well stop printing/wont align then head) then you can say poor quality printer.

Printer is terrible. I wish I could get my money back so bad. Super slow, always some type of problem or issue. Always having to search the net for a new error code to try and resolve. Amazing how I hardly use, yet quickly runs out of ink.

Absolute Garbage Scanner ...do not waste your time even if it's free

Scanner utility stops working without warning and no troubleshooting options are available. Only fix is to remove all files from computers and reload all the software. This usually works the 3rd or 4th time. Get a different brand or get ready to go Office Space on this heap of garbage.

PIXMA MX920 Constant technical difficulites

I have had this printer for three years. It has consistently had technical problems connecting wirelessly. I finally purchased a wired connector and it has helped. However, the printer still has trouble communicating with my personal computer.

It has never hooked to internet so forget using it as wireless with any of my five computers.
It requires a 'mechanic' at least once a day to clear paper jams.
It will tell you what is wrong but does not tell you what the code means.
It is the worst printer I have ever owned.
And all these gushing positive reviews? Bought by Canon!
