Printer consistently drops internet and AirPrint

Spent a lot of money for a printer that says it is AirPrint enabled. Using 2017 IPad with Latest Canon printer firmware as of 09/2017 and printer constantly drops internet AirPrint connection. Canon has known about issue for 2 years and won't fix. Avoid this printer at all costs if you print via AirPrint or wi-fi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Buy!!!

This Printer/Scanner was not only affordable but the software and the printers capability far surpasses my previous HP printer.  The only drawback is the ink cartridges provided by Cannon are a bit Costly. The generic ink cartridges are more reasonable.

I finally got the wireless going on the printer.Took a few tries.It takes some time for the pages to print.And the ink is very easy to go through.Hence the aftermarket refills.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major Problems

I bought this 2 years ago. Last year I kept getting a b200 error and a message to get it repaired. I found a reset work-around to keep it going. Now it just prints blank pages, another common problem. My last Canon was great. This one is junk.

Great features BUT.....

The installation instructions are ok but not great. I think my machine is working, BUT there are no instructions on how to scan or how to make photos. Trying to establish an on line account is VERY problematic. It will NOT accept my email address.

One being the exact amount of successful prints I've managed from this now I know suspiciously cheap printer. It printed for me one time successfully. I've only had it a month.

i get so frustrated trying to get this machine to print its always not responding, then it won't let me go to drivers online. i need a new printer

Not tne best

Bought he 920 to replace my trusty 600 that died after 7 years. Hate the paper trays. What was wrong with the old feeder? Lots of double sheet feeds. More paper jams in one year than the 600 gave in Seven. Change from envelopes to letter size alot. Don't forget what's in the tray, the printer has no idea. I thought the 600 was slow to start printing, but the 920 is sloooooow to start after the print request is OKed.
I will say, once printing starts, it prints fast and the results are of high quality.
