We have trudged along with this printer for a couple of years, with small to moderate amounts of printing (family). It goes through ink at a ridiculous rate and the ink is expensive. A bit of a racket.

Great Features when it works!

I purchased this product on recommendation from PC magazine. It has great features but is really kluncky. Make a lot of noise and takes along time to wake up.
After less than three years it quit working and code B200 said we must take it to a repair center. Turns out it costs more to fix than to buy a new one. Seems like the more features they have, the more can go wrong. More recycle of electronic waste!

Big Disappointment!!!

Works great when it work. Frequent paper jams. Appear to have a experation date on ink. constantly reading low ink on color cartridges when never using color.

Best All-in-One Printer for a Photo Enthusiast

This is our second model. We have 2 and have never had any problems with it. It is a bit large and not the fastest printer, but the versatility and the quality is top notch. We especially like the photo quality and this printer gets the #1 spot for best photo quality in an all in one printer....we agree. We keep buying this printer because the quality is the superb.

I have not experienced any of the issues people are complaining about. I purchased this printer a month ago, yes it's a little slow but it works great.

Great performance

This IJ printer does a great job at printing CDs and DVDs. It is a Canon MX922.
It is hard to find a printer anymore that can do such an excellent print such as this. I highly recommend it for ALL printing needs.

Piece of Garbage

I own two of these. Constantly receive error messages and no instructions on how to troubleshoot. But the "Order Ink" option is always available.
One improvement over every HP printer that I have ever owned is that the paper doesn't jam after each sheet.

Worst Printer Ever!

Took nearly 2 minutes from when I hit copy to when the copy printed and all I got was a BLANK piece of paper!
