OK, let me start off by telling you the bad, me and a couple friends got a sneak peak at the game and there are no airplanes ): ! anyways heres how i works... you no longer frive to missions, you dial up your cellphone with contacts you recive along the way. That is also how you access multiplayer! As you know liberty city is designed after New York City, although ground zero is NOT included nor any asppect of 9/11. What interested me a lot is that to hijack a car you must first break the window with your elbow and then hotwire it. Now to the WANTED, it will no longer be stars. It will be a radius (a circle) that appears on your mini map. The bigger it gets the more "stars" you have. Next, the game will be loaded with a BUNCH BUNCH BUNCH of mini-games. What I loved so much about the sneak peak was the taxi ride. It was real time and you have a view from the backseat. If your wondering how you decide where to go?... a map fills the screen then you point anywhere. Now I saved this one for last because I didn't know how you would react... THE RPG HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT! that means you can no longer get fat or any other attributes/abilities. I dont see why they did this but it did get annoying. I don't know whether there will be cheats or not because I had none to enter. Please report this as helpful so I can post further reviews.

The interaction with the citizens of Liberty City is great. Fun to play. However, you can't save the game if you want to quit and play at a later time, even if you follow the story line. The game will allow you to save at different scenes, but it takes a while.
What's great about it: Interaction with citizens of Liberty City
What's not so great: Can't save game when you want to

My review? Oh, that'll take a while to get through the good stuff and just a few seconds to get through the bad! This game offers a huge city that is a almost perfect replica for NYC. I love the people and especially the italians!!! But it has great graphics, great challanges to overcome without some cheats here and there...but the one thing i would change about the game is the length...I is really long, but if i wouldnt have any breaks in my gametime, it would ammount up to 3-5 hours of gameplay. I would love it to be more but, hey they have 'expantion' packs so to speak, so...im fine for now.
What's great about it: The huge city and the glits and glam
What's not so great: The length...can't it be longer...?

After 89 missions and about 20-25 hours of non-continuous gameplay, I finally beat the game.
It was absolutely fantastic.
The drama that carries on throughout the game(I'm not giving anything away) make you feel as if you are personally Niko Belic. It's so life-like it's not even funny, and at the end I actually felt kinda bad for what Niko had to go through. I WILL say you get so close to Roman as if you're actually his cousin in real life then it's all taken away..
About the rest.. You have friends and you have a girlfriend and you can do things with them as you can in real life(bowling, darts, strip clubs, eat, drinking, etc.). One more thing I love about the game are how the missions are actually based on events that can/do actually happen in real life.
All in all, I give this game a solid 10/10 and I cannot wait until GTA V!
What's great about it: Size of world(in a way this can be a con). Story line. The real-life drama.
What's not so great: Toggle controls when driving a vehicle or flying a chopper. Flying out of the windshield when you hit something hard.

GTA 4 is probably most known for its stunning graphics and amazing story. You play as Niko Belic a Russian imigrant. You will go through some crazy stuff as you try to save yuor cousin roman, and yourself. The setting takes place in Liberty City which is clearly a remake of New York City. Its got everything that NY has. For example The Stastue of Liberty is The Stastue of Happieness. Anyway, you explore 3 different islands. I am not really sure what their names are though. This game does take take realistic to a whole new level by having a 5 out of 5 graphic team. Also by the killing affects. For example you can run over people and they fly all over the place. Also if there is a car on fire and you get near the fire your clothes are set a flame and you roll on the ground. Overall GTA4 is a great game. There is only 1 problem, you can't save games at any time, you have to go to the safe house. =(
What's great about it: 90%of the game game!
What's not so great: You can't save games at any time

The only problem i found in this game, is that first, the city is not even half the size of San Andreas(GTA), and that you unlock all the are before reaching %50 of finishing the game! But the graphics, music, cars(you CAN steal cars and bikes directly from the agency!), Missions, Weapons! and length is great!!! Worth 40 bucks, believe me. Though there's a small chance that you get bored before finishing the game.
What's great about it: The graphics, weapons, vehicles, new abilities!
What's not so great: The map is not even close to half of San Andreas.
