This is one of the best games I've played. The atmosphere and story are so well done it is easy to get pulled in to the narrative of Rapture. Searching through all the dark corners for one more dose of eve or a new tonic is so much fun I will definitely be playing through Bioshock several times. In short BUY THIS GAME!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very cool game

Graphics are tight! gameplay is very involving with some exploring involved instead of a direct path which some fps's take. I like the upgrading my abilities part of the game as well. A nice option is taking a good or evil path which has a different outcome to the games ending.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best game for the 360 to date. Its got the graphics, game play, and story to be a serious contender for game of the year. If I could give it more stars I would.

Such a great game. Story, Graphics, Gameplay are all terrific. Not to mention the thrill you get from taking out a Splicer with your arsenal or a Big Daddy.

From begining to end this game will have you jumping out of your seat. Playing alone in the dark only builds the suspense of the strange characters that may arise. If the stunning graphics don't get you hooked on the amazing city of Rapture, the sounds will. I highly recommend a surround sound setup for this game. If you don't believe me you can always try the demo on XBOX LIVE, but it does lack the all powerful shotgun. For first time players, play in a group...because you may be too afraid to play it again.

Best Graphics Ever for FPS

This game has the best graphics I have ever seen. I put it on my 50'inch HDTV 1080i with surround sound system and it was more than I expected. The graphics alone are incredible with a detailed environment and a manipulative atmosphere. The plot is great and leaves you making your own guesses in which route to play throughout the game. It introduces new attacks and ideas by adding in combonations of plasmids and weapon technology. This game is one of the best I have played with the only downside, I beat it in two days. I have not recieved the all the gamerscore points for the game but beat it while getting a little more than half.
It's a definate must to play this game, but keep in mind that I beat it in two days, you very well could do the same. BTW, it has no multiplayer so online doesn't exists except to purchase themes and trailer media.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great game. Unlike most shooters it's not just blast anything that moves. There are multiple ways to get around problems. Well worth the money.

Not your standard FPS

This game was built up to be an amazing purchase well before the release date. After playing through this game, I understand that all the hype and attention given to Bioshock was well deserved. To go beyond the simple mechanics of the standard first person shooter, this game boasts an array of original style to immerse you deeper into the world of Rapture. If you like a good shooter, with a beautifully designed world, this is the game for you!
I would recommend this to a friend!
