Stellar game with a very intriguing story line. When battling have various options to kill your victims with u can freeze then shatter there frozen bodies, set off an security alarm and watch flying bots take out your victim, if your victim is in water you can electrocute them and much much more. There is nothing more rewarding than taking out a huge big daddy and then having to choose between devouring the lil girl he was protecting or setting her free? Confused but yet engaged right.. go buy the game!
What's great about it: Great story with twists, visually stunning, endless choices to kill
What's not so great: No Multi-Player, No game download via Live
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Shooter

Bioshock has put a new spin on the average shooter. Not only do you have many guns to choose from to kill the enemy, but you also gain powers (ie:telekinesis, electrobolt: in which you can shoot a bolt of lighting from your hand) that you can use creatively. This game is just a fun game to play. Graphics and sound are amazing. I highly recommend this game to the gamer who likes shooters. Although if you are one of those shooters who like to run and gun and get though the game as quickly as you can, I wouldn't recommend this game. This game was meant to be explored. If you can do that you'll love the game.
What's great about it: New and clever ways to kill the enemy
What's not so great: Some enemys become ridiculously easy to kill as the game moves along
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Shooter 2.0

BioShock lives up to the hype, and not only that, it surpassed it.
BioShock delivers so much new to the shooter genre and could frankly be called shooter/adventure because there are several missions that requires you to do a lot of the adventure stuff, collect items and bring them back, which unfortunately ruins the shooter feeling, even though they fit the story perfectly.
Nevertheless, the totally stunning story and great action elements makes this title completely outstanding and worthy of a purchase - no questions asked.
Many new things will be introduced to you when playing amongst the prettiest water effects to date, and amazing plasmids (gene modifications).
If you're looking for the most new and intuitive shooter to date, look no further, BioShock is what you want.
What's great about it: New gameplay, amazing story, stunning graphics
What's not so great: Too much run & find missions
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bioshock is a stellar game. It has great graphics and the storyline is unbelievably good and strong. The gameplay is like no other game, you can use anything as a weapon. 5 stars easily.
What's great about it: Great Graphics, in depth storyline, a very individual game.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although perhaps slightly over-hyped, Bioshock is an incredible game. The art direction throughout is fantastic, and the mood of the game environments sucks you in.
The story contains some of the best writing ever found in a video game, with plot twists you never see coming.
Well worth the $60, even though replay value is limited.
What's great about it: Fabulous graphics, story, and overall art direction!
What's not so great: Gameplay can get a bit tedious at times. Limited enemy types, so you fight the same few enemies over and over again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was the best game that I have yet to play on the 360. From the very beginning I was sucked into the storyline. You think you know what is happening with the story and then they throw you a curve ball. I like the idea of two different endings depending on how you deal with the little sisters, although it doesn't effect much else in the game. The game play gets a little monotonous with how many things you have to hack, but somehow that still didn't take away from the experience. I definitely stayed up way too late playing this game a few times. You're so wrapped up in the game you forget to the look at the clock. The graphics are amazing. If you have an HD TV you'll like the amount of detail they put into everything. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes first person shooters. Caveat: they're serious with the Mature rating, this game is not for kids.
What's great about it: Storyline keeps you interested, Graphics are amazing, Controls are easy to get used to
What's not so great: Replayability
I would recommend this to a friend!

This games graphics are astromical. the water and fire on the fist mission are increadible. The story isnt all that great though. the AI is pretty intelligent but there all look the same. but over all the game is a must buy for all xbox 360 owners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an excellent Single player shooter with a great story line, the amount of plasmids that you can have or the many upgrades that your guns can have. You would also have a decision between good or evil.
What's great about it: Excellent graphics, great storyline
What's not so great: The only downside is that the hacking gets annoying.
