I had a video camera that was 12 years old and I had it in the shop several times because it had a tape that would get tangled. I was in desperate need of a camera that was digital. I really like this camera because it is lighter and easier to hold, it is digital and easy to use and it was a Samsung. I have several Samsung items and I love them all !!! With four teenagers and three dogs, I plan to use this camera quite often !!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, small enough to fit in my purse.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good sensors, still picture is good. Time laps feature can be a little confusion. Overall good value for the price.

The camera is easy to use, has great video quality and the features are handy and add some cool alternatives on how you may want to shoot your video.
The size in convenient for carrying around and the quality is tons better than using a smart phone.
Overall I am very happy with the product.

This camera came recommended from a friend who owns the previous model. Video quality is great. We bought an external light source for lower light settings. Very reasonably priced. Also lightweight filmed daughter's basketball game without my arm getting fatigued. Very good camera and a great value.

Cons: needs onboard light

This product has a problem.

I purchased two of these. I could not register one of them because the system would not accept the serial number of the second camera.
The problem is that about every 20 minutes the camera starts a new file. The time between the end of one file and the start of the next file is about 5 seconds. If using more than one camera to shoot a video, it is very difficult to synchronize the two or more video streams when editing for a final video. Other than that the cameras are good all around video. This problem occurs in both cameras.

Like everything about the camera except that it's very shakey and you have to have a very steady hand at times
