I chose this model mainly because of the Samsung brand name, and I needed a TV this size with a minimum of two HDMI inputs. Most competing models this size only have a single HDMI input, so I was happy to find this model. Off-axis viewing is also very good, something else you often don't see in TVs in this price range.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, 2 hdmi inputs

A great tv for the price

I needed a small TV for my bedroom and overall I really like this product. My only complaint is that there is no way to use the remote to change between the external audio jack and the built in speakers without unplugging from the audio jack (I sometimes use wireless headphones). Otherwise, a great TV for the price!

Cons: audio settings

I am just using on cable hook up now. Excellent value and easy to set up. Speakers are very good. They project from the front and not the rear as on some other sets.

I purchased this TV for my kitchen. It is just the right size and was easy to connect and setup.i am familiar with samsung products as I have other tv's and cell phone. Customer service is great if you have any problems.

off air broadcast

Installed this unit in my cruising sail boat intending to use it to view off-air broadcast. It will be interesting to see how it performs in that capacity with the motion of the boat and using an antenna.
