No Instruction Manual

I experienced problems setting up my printer for wireless printing. I keep receiving printer error when I try to print. I would like an instruction manual so I can better my printer'ss operation and figure out my prioblems.

Objectively the worst printer I've owned

Don't buy this product. I've tried to be objective, but between bugs and ludicrous ink requirements, it's hands-down the worst printer I've purchased -- despite what I had read from the amazing reviews.
As a graduate student with ready access to high-volume campus printers, my home printing requirements are minimal. Perhaps five pages in black and white per week. Even printing this little, I've found myself running out of ink every two weeks or so. At first, I wrote this off as a product of a "starter ink set" that may have came with the printer, but not so. They try and bill it with the incentive that if you buy all four colors individually you can save money by only replacing the ones you need. Again not the case. Tonight I needed to print in black and white, but the printer was out of magenta ink. Normally a printer might allow you to print in another color for the time being but the WF-2650 does not. All printing functions are halted until I trek back to the store to purchase more magenta ink despite a message on the printer display screen saying black and white printing permitted.
Tack on to that another annoying software bug that has not yet been fixed: printing speed. For the first few weeks, the printer did its job at an impressive rate. After replacing the ink more recently (and replacing the cartridges again), it refuses to print in black except if I change the quality of paper to "glossy." This means that the five pages I could previously print quickly can only print extremely slowly -- on the order of about 30 minutes for five pages. All help on the official message boards point to a software issue rather than an issue with the ink cartridges themselves. The only workaround people have found is to change paper type to "glossy" and endure sluggishly slow print speeds.
If I weren't conveniently outside of the return window for this, I would send it back in a heartbeat. No matter the previous quality of Epson printers, this has shaken my confidence in their products. An unfortunate 0/10 from me.

overall very nice, it does not have a slot for SD cards -- I would not have bought it if I had known that beforehand.

No scan to Email

The main reason I buy these printers is for the top load scanning and to be able to scan to email.
I don't want to be forced to use a cloud. I don't want my information in any cloud and would prefer to just get scanned documents to my email. That function does not exist and therefore I have no need for this printer.
Other than that...There are no issues. wireless works fine and connects easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Design

Works very nicely for printing. Have questions about the scanning operation. Would like to be able to entitle scans so that I can find them and to be able to put them on my Desktop instead of them automatically going to Pictures.

Day one Install

My printer came on time as scheduled. Exterior packaging was a bit damaged from shipping but product was okay. Set-up was relatively easy with adequate directions... using Wi-Fi wireless. easy enough. I ordered a new USB cable but may not need it but handy if I should decide to use it later. Test printing was fast, deep colors and clear. Have not connected to FAX yet as my wife uses her printer for that process.. I like the accessible keyboard for copy/scan/fax/print on the machine.. Now for the test of time.... later.

Easy Replacement

This is the Epson product we've ever used.. A little skeptical at first as with any new but.. I had a small printing issue that couldn't be fixed with phone or online support.. to our surprise.. they sent us a brand new printer (With new ink cartridges) not one fuss, huff or aggravated remark.. just sorry ma'am we'll send you a brand new out and you should receive it in 3 business days.. that's exactly what happened too.. thank you Epson.. I'm going to be mindful of this service when shopping for and electronic device...
